Hopefully this will be the last one I'll put up. Here is the rules and restrictions for certain moves and abilities go. Mostly the ones that rely on chance.
Abilities
Abilities will be in use for some battles, however there are a few that needed to be tweaked as far as activation and function go. In general, all abilities that activate upon contact, Static, Cute Charm, and such, will be activated by the player whose Pokemon touches it. So if you are fighting a Pikachu, it is up to you if the ability activates. Please keep in mind that if you continuously come in contact odds are the ability will activate. Honors system people.
Anger Point
This is an ability available to Tauros, Mankey, Primeape, and when Trace is Activated. The Ability states that when the Pokemon is hit by a critical hit, it's attack increases to the max. Now in order to keep people from abusing htis ability, you cannot activate it untill you have taken at least five hits. Of course you don't have to activate it at all in some battles, but not before you have taken five damaging hits. And don't forget that the hit will be critical so you must take more damage too.
Honey Gather and Pick Up
If you use a Pokemon with this ability in a battle a staffer will tell you if it picked up anything at the end of the battle. Remember that you may not always find something.
Water Absorb, Volt Absorb, Dry Skin
These move will recover your HP when hit by a certain type of move. The amounts will not be very much so don't go nuts with it. Volt Absorb also makes you immune to Thunder Wave, but you don't recover HP.
Dry Skin, Ice Body, Rain Dish, Solar Power
These abilities recover HP in certain Weather (except for Solar Power). It will be about 5 to 10 percent of your total HP. Remember that Dry Skin and Solar Power make you lose HP in sunny weather.
Moves
Metronome and Assist
I'm honestly not sure how to do this one. So for now we shall try it this way. The user of the move chooses what it will be. If you abuse this power you will lose it. This will be changed if neccissary.
Accupressure
Raises a Random Stat by two levels. They are Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Evasion, and Accuracy. In a staff battle, the staffer chooses. In a PVP battle, the user chooses.
Protect, Detect, Endure, Teleport
Protect, Detect, and Teleport will gain you one extra dodge per battle. Endure can be used as many times as you like, but please remember it has a high chance of failure when used in succession.
Recover, Roost, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Synthesis
They will recover up tp half of your max HP. You can only use them two times per battle. Remember that Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis will recover 100% in the sunlight, and only 25% in the Rain, Hail, or Sandstorm.
Aqua Ring, Leech Seed
Will recover 5 percent of your max HP per turn.
Fixed damage attacks
Sonic Boom-5% of the current HP
Dragon Rage-10% of the current HP
Night Shade-damage equal to the user’s level divided by 2 rounded down.
Seismic Toss-Damage equal to the user’s level divided by 2 rounded down.
Curse (when used by a Ghost type)-Damage equal to 25% of the current HP
Counter, Mirror Coat, and Metal Burst
Counter-Deals the amount of damage received times 1.5(100 damage taken = 150 damage dispensed). Only works when hit by a physical attack.
Mirror Coat-Deals the amount of damage received times 1.5(100 damage taken = 150 damage dispensed). Only Works when hit by a special attack.
Metal Burst-Deals the damage received times 1.5 (100 damage taken = 150 damage dispensed). Works when hit by either type of attack.
When you use Counter, Mirror Coat, or Metal Burst, you cannot dodge the opponent’s next attack, and you cannot use the move the following turn. This is so Pokemon with a lot of HP, like Chansey, are not considered unfair. The only exceptions are Wobbuffet and Wynaut.
Hidden Power, Nature Power, and Secret Power
Hidden Powers type will be chosen by a staffer at the time the Pokemon is taught it. If they learn it naturally, please inform a staffer when they learn it. Please make note of the type in the Pokemon's move list.

Stats in General
While you don't have stats other than HP Per se, you still should have a general idea of where your Pokemon's strengths and weaknesses lie. For example, Blissey is a poor attacker but has massive special defense. Alakazam has amazing Special Attack, but poor physical Attack and Defense. Dusknoir had great defenses but less than desirable attack. If you are not sure what stat a Pokemon is good in see Serebii or Smogon (or some other Pokemon info source). In general if it has 100 or more base stat it is very good in that area.
Legendaries
I'm not sure how I'm going to handle these yet. I do know that there will be plenty more than one of each kind, so don't get worried if someone else has one that you want.
